Goodbye Winter, Hello Warm Weather! #EnjoyTheGo @Charmin #Ad

Although it seems like some of my friends in Denver still had to deal with some snow this past week, it does appear that spring has finally arrived here in New York City.  It is very apparent by the buds blooming on the trees and the sunny days that we can start to look forward to milder weather.  This means that I will also be very busy swapping winter and spring wardrobes and opening the windows to air out our home.       One thing that will remain constant in our house despite the change of seasons is Charmin toilet paper.  As a matter of fact, we have a cabinet in our laundry room that must be stocked at all times with Charmin Ultra Strong.  My older son is in charge of keeping it full and reminds me whenever we get down to anything less than 3 rolls.  I mean, who wants to get stuck without Charmin during the spring when there are so many fun things to head out and do outdoors?     This past weekend, we actually got … [Read more...]

Get Everything Your Family Needs This Spring And Summer At Kohl’s! @Kohls #FindYourYes #Ad

This weekend I went shopping with the family to check out the latest Kohl’s offerings from on-trend seasonal fashion to fun and fresh home décor.  We tend to go there every season to stock up on our seasonal wardrobes and to find new items to decorate our home with.  Since this weekend was Memorial Day, everything was either marked down or on sale so I was able to get the most for my money.     Since I have two growing boys, it's important that I have a budget set aside to revamp their wardrobes whenever they grow out of their clothes.  I'm sure those of you who are moms know exactly how quickly kids outgrow everything.  Thankfully, Kohl's always has the latest styles for kids and tweens at just the right prices.  That's a win-win for everyone because our sons are happy with the items they pick out and their father and I are always happy with the sales that Kohl's offers, especially on clothing.     The best part is that, by shopping at Kohl's, we are helping to support its … [Read more...]

Celebrate The Start Of Spring With Peeps! @PEEPSANDCOMPANY #Giveaway #Ad

*I participated in this campaign on behalf of Peeps And Company. I received a promotional item to facilitate this review and as a thank you item for participating.  All opinions are my own.     When I think of spring and celebrating Easter, it is always synonymous with PEEPS®.  As far back as I could remember, my siblings and I would look forward to finding our baskets on Easter morning and enjoying all of the delicious and sweet treats in there.  My mother has always loved PEEPS® so we always had their Marshmallow Chicks and Marshmallow Bunnies in our baskets.     Over the years I have noticed that these family traditions are very important to pass down to my own two children.  Ever since they were very little, I have celebrated the start of spring with fun and iconic PEEPS®.  Not only are they essential for filling Easter Baskets, but they are also perfect for garnishing baked goods and adding adorable accents to art projects and decorations.     This year, we added a new … [Read more...]

Children’s Claritin Wants To Put The Spring In Your Step! #ClaritinMoms #Ad

*This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Children's Claritin.  All opinions are 100% mine.     This past week, I had the opportunity to host a "Spring In Your Step" Moms Meet-Up sponsored by Children's Claritin.  It was very easy to encourage moms to attend this meeting because many of them have concerns about how to control their children's seasonal allergies.  I'm actually one of those moms myself because my seven year old son suffers from allergy induced asthma.     The first thing that we discussed were some possible wellness activities that we could engage our children in to incorporate into their everyday lives.  This was a very important topic because we were all very concerned about how to improve the quality of life of our kids despite the fact that they suffer from allergies.  Some of the suggestions included drinking plenty of water and fluids to stay hydrated during allergy season and doing cardiovascular exercises to improve breathing.     As we all … [Read more...]
