However, all opinions expressed are my own.     Last week we went back to school here in New York City.  I say "We" because not only did my boys return to school, but I also returned to my middle school classroom after being on vacation for the summer.  As you can imagine, our schedules have gotten quite hectic again and I have to get creative when it comes to preparing meals or snacks because I simply don't have the time to spend hours in the kitchen since I'm a Working Mom.     One of the things that I have noticed is that, despite the fact that my sons eat both breakfast and lunch at school, they come home every single day famished and asking what they could eat.  I don't have to worry about scrambling around to get ingredients to prepare snacks or meals for my boys anymore thanks to Popcart for FreshDirect.  They … [Read more...]
