*This post was written by me on behalf of 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment.  I received a DVD of the film to review.  All opinions are 100% mine.     The creators of Ice Age have done it again with the debut of this year's animated adventure EPIC on Blu-ray Combo Pack, Deluxe Edition Blu-ray, and DVD this August 20th from Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment.  The film encourages families to bond with nature and to end the summer together in the great outdoors.     In the film, a teenager is transported to a magical world where a nature spirit named Queen Tara asks for her help in supporting the "Leafmen" in their quest to save their existence and ours from evil warriors.  They all band together in order to save the world around a storyline that encompasses the beautiful message of reconnecting with nature.     EPIC features an all-star voice cast that includes Colin Farrell, Oscar® Winner Christoph Waltz, and Steven Tyler!  Audiences are transported to a deep forest … [Read more...]
