This past week, I had the opportunity to host a "Spring In Your Step" Moms Meet-Up sponsored by Children's Claritin. It was very easy to encourage moms to attend this meeting because many of them have concerns about how to control their children's seasonal allergies. I'm actually one of those moms myself because my seven year old son suffers from allergy induced asthma. The first thing that we discussed were some possible wellness activities that we could engage our children in to incorporate into their everyday lives. This was a very important topic because we were all very concerned about how to improve the quality of life of our kids despite the fact that they suffer from allergies.
