In this home, we love avocados all year around. However, the holidays are a very special time to share some of our favorite dishes with our friends and families. My husband's family has always added Avocados from Mexico to all of their favorite family recipes. One particular traditional recipe that is always a big hit at all our family dinners is his aunt's Guacamole recipe. When we were dating, he ranted and raved about her recipe and I honestly thought that he was exaggerating. After all, how hard could it be to make Guacamole? When I finally had the opportunity to actually try her recipe the first Christmas Eve that we spent together, I realized that it was indeed as delicious as my husband had bragged to me that it would be.
