Luckily mornings aren’t hectic because I go to bed early and get up early with plenty of time to enjoy and good breakfast. I pretty much get up at the same time everyday, regardless if it is a weekend or holiday. Too many people tend to stay up late on weekends and get out of sync with their sleep cycle and thus it takes several days before they can recover. If you like staying up late, find a job that allows you to sleep in. If that isn’t possible, discipline yourself and go to bed early enough to get 7 to 8 hours of sleep each night and try not to vary your bedtime hour too much.

  86. Annamarie V says

I try to be prepared with options for breakfast and have some things that we can take on the go like egg cups that I make ahead of time and freeze. It’s also a good idea to have some non perishable choices like a protein bar or boxed protein shake in case we really need something fast.
