Honestly, I’ve always wanted to whiten my teeth professionally but I have been afraid of the cost to go to the dentist and have it done. Let’s face it, when household expenses have to be paid in a Middle-Class household, teeth whitening is not exactly high up on most people’s list of priorities. However, I’m a woman and having a bright and beautiful smile is very important to me.
I had no idea that Smile Brilliant offers an affordable option for those of us who are interested in whitening our teeth professionally. Not only was I shocked at the prices of their teeth whitening kits, but they also offer a 100% money back guarantee which means a lot to me as a consumer. This demonstrates to me that this a company that stands behind the product that they are offering and its efficacy.
It was easier to use the whitening system to whiten my husband’s teeth, in my opinion. Aside from the fact that I think my teeth are whiter than his, I figured it would be easier to review the kit if I could first use it on another person. When I took the “Before” picture of my husband’s teeth, I noticed that he had yellow staining around the base of many of his teeth. My hope was that this whitening session would remove that or at least help to diminish it.
Using the Smile Bright system is fairly straightforward. I first had to discuss with my husband how much time he planned to keep the UV light on his teeth. He decided to keep the light on his teeth for about 25 minutes. The way it works is that you have to brush the bleaching gel on your teeth completely first. After applying the mouth guard, you have the option of keeping the light on your teeth from 20 to 45 minutes depending on how much whitening you are trying to accomplish. After removing the light from your teeth, you have the option of keeping the bleaching gel on your teeth for up to two hours more.
My husband was successful in keeping the light on his teeth for about 25 minutes which is close to the minimum amount of time. I noticed a considerable difference in the brightness and whiteness of his teeth after removing the light. The areas of his teeth near the base that were yellow are now bright white. It’s amazing to me that this product can whiten so quickly and so thoroughly. I give it 5 tough cookies out of 5 for being affordable and effective!

I would want to try it because I think whiter teeth makes me feel more confident. When I am out talking and visiting with other, I want to feel good about my smile’s appearance.
