I can’t even tell you guys how long it has been since I had a romantic date night with my husband. It seems like every time we plan to get some alone time together, life happens and we never get around to it.
Many of you can probably relate to this since you also juggle many roles including that of a parent, spouse, employee, business owner, etc. Lately I have been trying to really get serious about spending some special time with my sweetheart.
In the past, when we have had more time to regularly have a date night, we really enjoyed going out for dinner and seeing a movie. There is just something so romantic about sitting to eat with your love at your favorite restaurant and locking their gaze from across the table. In our case, one of our favorite places to frequent and to rekindle our romance is Red Lobster.
During Lobsterfest, all of their special entrees are served with a garden salad and unlimited Cheddar Bay Biscuits®. You haven’t lived if you haven’t tasted their delicious Biscuits! Also, their nine classic lobster selections offer diners a unique variety of nine delicious dishes. Imagine sharing guest favorites like Lobster Lover’s Dream® and the Ultimate Feast® with your true love!
Make sure you plan a romantic date night with your honey very soon and head out to Lobsterfest to try out their three new dishes including Dueling Lobster Tails, Lobster in Paradise and Ultimate Surf and Turf. I know I will be heading out to have a romantic date night and eat some lobster with my husband as soon as possible. After all, there is nothing like some romance and good food to set the mood for a great night!
Let’s Discuss: When is the last time that you had a romantic date with your sweetheart?

My husband comes home with a bouquet of my favorite flowers. Announces we’re heading to Red Lobster for a delicious dinner. I have a new dress, shoes to wear. We get ready, head out for a relaxing meal. I’m a Southern Maine gal, so I would order the Bar Harbor Lobster Bake. Hubby would have the Dualing Lobster Tails.
Back in January we went to Monaco Bay it’s a Piano Bar. We had a great time listening to people sing and two people playing at a dueling piano. We had some amazing food too. I love red lobster as well yum
My husband and I so need a break. A date night would be great and what better than lobster.
WE need a date night. Between our toddler and our newborn are days are a bit stressful and tiring. We have planned a date in April….
Out for dinner and then a play would be our perfect date night.
And we’d like the Ultimate Surf & Turf.

thank you
My favorite meal that I had there was the all you can eat shrimp. It was a dinner out for our family and I had just run a half marathon that morning. The waiter asked if I really wanted the all you could eat shrimp because I could order a normal meal for less money. Once he saw how much I ate he was shocked, lol. I then explained that I had run the half marathon and eat everything in site. I love their biscuits and their shrimp, their chowder, the list can go on and on.
We love Red Lobster and thats where we go for special dinners. Hubby always has a build your own shrimp and loves the fried shrimp and the scampi. I have the Admirals Feast . We always take some home and they are such great portions we have some for the next day.

We just had our first baby and it would be so much fun to get out- just the two of us. I don’t think we’d even know what to do with ourselves, but dinner, a movie and just walking around would be great!
I love their shrimp scampi!
My hubby and I went out last weekend. We went to dinner (our favorite Mexican restaurant) and a play. We have plans to go out again next weekend, too, but I am not sure what yet.
A perfect date night out would be a quiet dinner and a movie afterwards. I think the Ultimate Surf and Turf would be a great choice at Red Lobster for a date night.

I have a funny Red Lobster story. I was there years ago. I bit into one of their delish biscuits and had a super flash of dizziness. I excused myself to the restroom. When I got in the stall I sat down and mentally calculated. Hmmmm. The next day I bought a pregnancy test and learned I was going to be a mom! That baby turns 15 this month. Whenever I think about Red Lobster I think of that moment.
A perfect date would be going to a nice restaurant and then maybe catching a movie afterwards or before. I would get the Lobster paradise.
We hit RL during every Lent seasons at least twice. Surf & Turf is my favorite, my wife tries a different one each time!

Ha it’s funny I was just asking hubs to a date night and he kinda declined. Our daughter is in La Cage aux Folles (which we saw last night) but I have tix to a future show and he said “I’m not sure.” Maybe it’s hard for a dad to watch his 17 year old have to kiss her “fiance” over and over again in real life! 🙂 🙂 So a perfect night would be him changing his mind. And I guess the Lobster in Paradise even though I don’t like fried food that much … paradise sounds good!
Yay for seafood! My husband isn’t a huge fan but every once in a while I have to drag him to Red Lobster just to get a seafood fix 🙂 Looks like you had a great time!

I love Red Lobster and to be honest it’s been a while since I’ve had a real date night with hubby. It’s going to be even longer now since he just had knee surgery and can’t move about. He’s stuck in bed and can barely move around with his crutches. I love all their food so it’s hard saying what my favorite is. 🙂
A perfect date night would be strolling the lines of Venice in a gondola. 😉 I’d settle for dinner and a movie in the town where we live though. 😉 The Lobsterfest item that would go over best here, I think, is the Ultimate Feast Bar Harbor Lobster Bake.
