As an educator, I am always looking for toys that inspire my children to be creative and to engage in pretend play. This is a great way for them to use their imaginations and transport their minds into imaginary worlds entirely of their own creation. It was very exciting to find out that the new Hasbro Marvel Super Hero Mashers would encourage such creativity in my boys with their removable parts and the ability to interchange and mix and match between the different heroes.
Kids can can make their own Super Hero toy mash-up! By removing and changing around each hero’s accessories, kids discover infinite combinations of mashing their favorite Super Heroes together. With these Super Hero Mashers, anything is possible and children can create the super hero of their dreams. The first thing that my boys did as soon as we opened their Mashers was to negotiate which limbs and accessories they were going to interchange between their two super heroes.
We loved that the Super Hero Mashers feature some of our favorite Marvel characters and that our boys had the ability to to fully customize each one of them. The gear for one Masher can be added to all of the other Super Hero Mashers and vice versa. As my sons were playing with their Mashers, it was easy to see that the possibilities for designing their own heroes were going to be endless.
You can virtually create your own Mashup and get more information about the full line of Hasbro Marvel Super Hero Mashers by visiting their website. Let me warn you though, once your kids see all of the fun possibilities that they will have by playing with these Hero Mashers, they will want you to buy them all of them just like my boys!

Oh my boys are big Marvel fans and would love these. Hasbro makes some of the best action figures if you ask me.
I personally think that real toys are better than buying gadgets. On the other hand, I love Marvel!
My sons are grown but they use to have similar toys when they were young and they just loved them. I remember when the “He-Man” series came out and my oldest some spent hours playing with the action figures. It really does inspire them to use their imagination with pretend play and is so much better than just video games.
Those Mashers do look fun. My son loves those kind of toys too. They are great for spawning imagination. 🙂
I like that it allows kids to get creative with it…And your sons are having fun with it.
What a great gift for a little boy! I love Marvel superheroes and as a child, I would have loved these too.
I was gonna say forget having a future boy, my hubs would probably have fun with this, hah! 😛

Whoa, these Super Hero Mashups are really cool! I’m sure any little boy would love to get these! 🙂
these look like great toys for the kids and will help with creativity some. i am just worried about the violence they show as well.
So fun and creative too. I love the creating your own super hero. Lets face it what boy wouldn’t want to create their own.
I really like that kids can create their own character. They can think about the different characteristics of the super heros and create a new one.
Marvel is a fav in our house. Started due to dad.
