It’s flu season, which means it’s only a matter of time before the kids are home sick from school and siblings are being quarantined. What is the best cure for those sick day symptoms? Laughter. Netflix has compiled a list of hilarious titles that will turn sniffles into giggles. They’ve also pulled a few episodes featuring under-the-weather characters, showing little kids they’re not the only ones who catch the occasional cold or have to visit the doctor.

Honest to god, whenever I am sick I pull out the SAME movies and watch them. Ghostbusters (the original one), The first Back to the Future movie and The Goonies. I am an 80’s kid and when I feel lousy, they make me happy!
Daddy Day Care is always a fun watch and when you’re sick – it’s always perfect and ideal to just watch some movies! <3
Honey We Shrunk….any of them is always so good to watch! It is sure to get a couple of belly laughs.
I love a good comedy, but when I’m sick, I generally just want to close my eyes and snuggle under the blanket! But, for the times I can’t sleep a movie from Netflix would be very welcomed!
I have been thinking about getting Netflix my oldest has been on and on about it i said that she spends to much time on the xbox to which i got a reply yeah but you can get the app on there lol,looks like i am going to have to give in 🙂

I like to watch a classic movie when I am sick. kids like the cartoons or classic Disney movies.
My family loves to watch our favorite classic movies on NetFlix, it seems they are always up to date!

I really love the convenience of Netflix and when my kids were home sick I use to always fix up a bed on the couch so they could watch movies on the t.v.
My daughter cry’s if she can’t watch Netflix at least once a day. It’s used as a reward tool if you stay on green at school when you get home you can watch my little pony shes obsessed. Netflix does need new shows and movies though.

When I am sick at home, I usually stream music and try to sleep.
I like that Netflix has Disney movies on it now. My daughter loves to stream disney movies when she is sick in bed because she already knows the plot and doesn’t have to concentrate too much.
If it is my kids that are sick, we stream a lot of kids movies on Netflix. if it is me; then we stream cute chick flicks like “my girlsfriend’s boyfriend”. Such a cute movie.

Netflix is our favorite, it is so easy my 4yo can find his shows without help. It is also good for those really cold days! Daddy Day Care is one of my favorites
When I have a flu, I don’t want to do anything, even watching a TV is not appealing lol. I must admit though that Netflix has so many movies that I like.
I like to watch romantic movies when I’m sick, for some unknown reason. I just like to feel all loved and comforted jajaja but I also prefer to be cuddled meanwhile. Any romantic movies will do, even.
Netflix is my go to for everything! But that dream catcher is way to cute!

We are huge fans of Netfix! My daughter loves The Croods – she watches it at least once a day. Very cute movie, but I’m getting kind of tired of it. LOL!
When I am sick, I like to watch romantic movies like Love Actually of some old Bollywood movies. Off course my girls would watch all the movies you have listed.

My kids and have not watched the Croods and I think they would like it.
I very rarely get sick and when I do there’s no rest for me. We do like to watch movies on our family game night and the Croods and Depicable Me 2 is what my toddler is currently into. She is so into the Croods and loves Belt 🙂
I wish I have netflix. I’m still thinking of subscribing. Yes, watching a movie can perk up sickly kids 🙂
