As many of you know, my family and I traveled to Chicago this past July to attend a blogging conference. During our stay, I had the opportunity to connect with some wonderful brands and one of my favorites was Udi’s Gluten Free. They are the #1 gluten free brand in America and they create some delicious foods such as breads, buns, bagels, muffins, cookies and granolas. Prior to this, I had no idea that gluten free foods could be so delicious!
Aside from tasting great and being gluten free, Udi’s products are also all natural and made without any artificial flavors, colorings, preservatives or other synthetic additives. For those of you who don’t know, Gluten is a protein found in wheat that gives elasticity to dough, helping it to rise and keep its shape. Gluten is a combination of gliadin and glutenin, which is joined with starch in various grains.
A gluten-free diet can have many health benefits, such as improving cholesterol levels, promoting digestive health, and increasing energy levels, if you have a gluten intolerance. When you eat only gluten-free foods, you eliminate unhealthy oils from your diet, as well as unhealthy carbohydrates found in bread products like doughnuts and pastries. With Udi’s, you can enjoy some delicious foods while maintaining a gluten free diet.*
Now, although I am aware of the reported benefits of following a gluten free diet, we are not strictly gluten free in our home. I was very interested in reviewing Udi’s products to see if by removing gluten, one compromises taste. I’m happy to report that this is definitely not the case when it comes to Udi’s foods.
My boys and I tried Udi’s Soft & Chewy Ginger Cookies and their Pumpkin Muffins and they were delicious! Not only were they soft and tasted great, but they are also soy and nut free. I’m sure that this will also allow people who have allergies to these foods to enjoy these delicious treats from Udi’s.
To learn more about how to approach gluten free living and to learn about Udi’s promotions, make sure you like them on Facebook and follow them on Twitter. They will teach you how to eat well and smile often!

We have gluten and dairy free allergies in our family so we are very familiar with Udi’s!
We don’t have any food allergies in our house, but my little one has behavioral/attention issues, so I try to keep him gluten free because of that. We love Udi’s products, but I can’t say that I’ve tried those pumpkin muffins – and I MUST do that soon!!!
Oh wow. That is really nice to know. Gluten Free foods can be really hard to come by. Thank you for sharing your honest opinions.
My husband is allergic to gluten. For years he basically lived a very deprived life. I’m so glad gluten-free food is so much more widely available now!
I’ve been hearing a lot about this brand and I love ginger cookies. Perfect for the holidays too.
Udi’ sis a delicious brand and their cookies are good. We love Snickerdoodles and may have to check out the ginger.
I love Udi’s! They make some of the best gluten free goodies!
I need to go check the ingredients. I not only eat gluten free but also sugar free. Hard to find in a cookie.
Oh now they look nice – I keep seeing more and more gluten free products I don’t need to eat them but I’m thinking it might be worth trying as you never know what might be lying inside. x
Oh those look quite tasty! I have been considering cutting out Gluten for a few weeks to see if it impacts the eczema; this would be a great thing to try out while I do it!
My daughter eats a lot of Udi’s products. She says they are as good as gluten items and satisfy her cravings!
I don’t have any food allergies, but I have tried to remove as much processed foods as I can. I definitely want to try udi’s.
I have had their bread but never any of their desserts. I love that gluten free is starting to have such a great variety.
We aren’t gluten free in our house but I would really love to try that ginger cookies. Sounds like a great product and would have to give them a look whenever I go to the supermarket.
That looks yummy! I’d love to try it out & see if there’s a difference taste-wise with regular cookies 🙂
I don’t have any food allergies that I am aware of although you never really know. I do know quite a few people that have went gluten free. I would love to try these cookies. They look delicious.
Udi’s are delicious. I love the brownies. We will have to check out the pumpkin muffins. I am trying to limit the gluten in my kids’ diet. Udi’s helps.
I need to try Udi’s…. I am gluten free and have just been dealing with not eating anything that may contain it. The price gets me when I see it at the market, so I keep walking. But maybe its time to try it.
They seriously do have the best cookies and muffins. I didn’t know gluten-free could be that delicious! Udi’s knows what they’re doing.
love it all.. except the packers hat 🙂 Just kidding but I do think Udis has some great options
My best friend was just tested positive for celiac disease so we’ve been researching together what sort of food she could ease and replacements for her regular food. This looks like a good option for when she’s in the mood for a cookie. 🙂
I never tried their products before but they sure look delicious.
We love Udi’s.. they have amazing product and all are gluten free… SOOO Yummy.. thanks for sharing and your picture is priceless..

I love Udi’s products. Like so many others, I am avoiding gluten for health reasons. It’s wonderful to be able to buy bread that eats like, well, bread.
I’d like to try these for my daughter! seems like a good alternative!
We don’t have any food allergies in our house. My brother does have a gluten allergy. So I have tried the Udis cookies and other items. I didn’t know they had buns and bagels. I will have to mention it to my brother and see if he knows. Thanks!
