We Had A Wonderful Time At Medieval Times NJ! @MedievalTimes #Travel #Sponsored

We were very excited to have the opportunity to review the family experience at Medieval Times in Lyndhurst, New Jersey. From the moment we arrived we were in awe of how magnificent and regal the venue was. I knew it would look like a castle but I never expected it to be so authentic.

We received the star treatment from the moment we arrived until the end of the show. As soon as we checked in, we were escorted to our seats in the front row which afforded us an up-close view of all of the action. Our server immediately came over to introduce himself and to ask us for our drink order. I was impressed by how pleasant he was and the fact that he spoke directly to our boys and asked them what they wanted to drink.

During dinner we were transported to a time of knights, bravery, and all of the chivalry that comes with the medieval time period. The knights treated us to a live jousting tournament along with exciting horsemanship and falconry. All of that action was going on while we enjoyed a four-course meal that consisted of the following feast:

  • Oven Roasted Chicken
  • Garlic Bread
  • Tomato Bisque Soup
  • Herb-Roasted Potato
  • Spare Rib
  • Pastry of the Castle
  • Select Non-Alcoholic Beverages

My family loved the food and I was pleasantly surprised that all of the food was eaten by my boys. I had been concerned that they wouldn’t like the food but they cleaned their plates and really enjoyed the dessert too.  At the end of the meal, our server came by to ask us how our meal had been and we couldn’t be more pleased at the service that we received.

We will definitely be returning to Medieval Times with our family and have already started sharing our wonderful experience with our friends and family. Hopefully, we can fill up one entire knight’s section with our loved ones. It will surely be a great time and we hope to see you there with your family too!
