Children’s Claritin Wants To Put The Spring In Your Step! #ClaritinMoms #Ad

*This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Children’s Claritin.  All opinions are 100% mine.

This past week, I had the opportunity to host a “Spring In Your Step” Moms Meet-Up sponsored by Children’s Claritin.  It was very easy to encourage moms to attend this meeting because many of them have concerns about how to control their children’s seasonal allergies.  I’m actually one of those moms myself because my seven year old son suffers from allergy induced asthma.

The first thing that we discussed were some possible wellness activities that we could engage our children in to incorporate into their everyday lives.  This was a very important topic because we were all very concerned about how to improve the quality of life of our kids despite the fact that they suffer from allergies.  Some of the suggestions included drinking plenty of water and fluids to stay hydrated during allergy season and doing cardiovascular exercises to improve breathing.

As we all know, the spring and summer seasons are well known for exposing us to potentially harmful allergens.  They can take a tremendous toll on kids making them tired, run down, and cranky.  Only Children’s Claritin products provide 24-hour non-drowsy relief to little allergy sufferers and is the #1 Pediatrician recommended non-drowsy allergy brand.

Since the warm weather is upon us, most moms like to plan ahead during this time and prepare for the rest of the year.  These preparations include everything from scheduling doctor’s appointments to helping their kids with end of the school year activities.  We are often so busy that we forget to plan for the truly important things such as what we would do in the event of a natural disaster or making sure we check our home smoke detectors regularly.

During our Moms Meet-Up we used our 2013 Preparedness Checklist and Tips organizers to plan ahead for such things as automobile safety and Spring cleaning and allergy removal.  We agreed that focusing on these important tasks will go a long way in addressing the needs of our children and our families.

Loving these ice masks to relieve allergy pressure and headaches.

I hope that this meet-up will provide my friends with the tools to assist planning for the year ahead.  I’m going to make sure that I remind them regularly of the importance of taking care of themselves and contributing to their overall well-being as well as keeping them renewed and revitalized throughout the year!

I buy the liquid Children’s Claritin. It’s great, because it’s ages 2+, so I can use it with all of my kids. Plus, I take it, too. I just need 2 tbsp instead of 1. Works great for the whole family.

  3. We would not survive without Claritin! I feel bad that my husband and I have awful allergies and my son inherited them. Thank goodness for Claritin.
