I am actually also finally switching over from blogger to self-hosted WordPress this week. This contest would have been perfect for me but the person doing the switch already included a year of free hosting with a different company in her package.
I was with Dreamhost for the first year and unfortunately it got to bad that I recently had to switch to a new host because my site kept crashing with Dreamhost :/
