As parents we relish in any opportunity to document and share photos and images of our children. These precious memories make up the fabric of your family and will be cherished and enjoyed for generations to come. There is just something magical about childhood and we want our children to enjoy every single moment of being kids.
Ragu understands that every parent loves taking pictures and making videos of their kid’s long days of childhood. Keeping this beloved family tradition in mind, they have created an app called “Give ‘Em Ragu” to help parents make their own videos. Using photos of their children that they can upload from their smartphones and other social media platforms, parents can produce videos and even add music to these videos to create their own montage!
The “Give ‘Em Ragu” app can be downloaded for free at the iTunes app store. Once the app is downloaded, you are prompted to upload photos from a variety of options including your smartphone and your social media accounts. The photos you choose are used to create a slideshow that ends up being accompanied by music. The cool part is how the music is created just by the words that you provide to describe the video. For example, I described my video with the word “Brothers” so the app created a whole song all about siblings!
Once you start experimenting with the app, you just can’t stop! Imagine how many video possibilities you could create with the hundreds of photos that you have taken of your children and the songs that you can inspire just by providing different key words! It really is a lot of fun and my boys loved laughing and hearing all of the different slideshow and music combinations that we were able to come up with.
The best part is that you can upload your video directly to Facebook, YouTube, and email so you can share your video creations with all of your friends and family!
