Ladybug Jane Organic Flavor Lip Balm Review and Giveaway

    As the colder months are approaching, it is very important to take care of your lips as they become chapped and dry in the colder weather.  I’ve personally tried many different kinds of lip balms in the hopes that they will protect my lips during this time and soothe them from the extreme conditions.  Unfortunately, not all lip balms are the same and some soothe your lips but don’t smell so great.  Also, the skin on our lips is such a sensitive part of our bodies that it is really important to know the ingredients that these balms contain before we expose them to our smiles.

For the purpose of this review, I had the option of personally testing two Ladybug Jane Flavor Lip Balms of my choosing.  Believe me, it was not an easy decision to make because the Lip Balm flavors that I had to choose from all sounded delectable and included:  Bursting Berry, Crazy Coconut, Groovy Grape, Sweet Strawberry, Vanilla Cupcake and Wacky Watermelon.  I finally decided on Sweet Strawberry and Vanilla Cupcake and enlisted the help of my husband to try these two Lip Balms out.

Before we even applied them to our lips, we immediately smelled the sweet strawberry and vanilla scents coming from the applicator tube.  I couldn’t even imagine how wonderful they were going to smell on our lips if they already smelled that good just coming out of the package.  Upon applying the balms to our lips, we were happy with the fact that they went on smoothly and did not feel greasy at all.  My husband was happy because they did not stain his lips with any color at all because that is always a turn off for men when purchasing certain lip balms.

I’m not sure I even paid that much attention to my husband’s ranting about how great the Vanilla Cupcake Lip Balm was because I was too busy licking my lips and realizing that the Sweet Strawberry Lip Balm actually tasted like just that, sweet strawberries!  Now don’t get me wrong, it’s not that I am into the habit of constantly licking my lips, however, it is natural that we lick our lips throughout the course of a day and there is nothing worse than lip balm that tastes gross or like medicine.  This definitely sealed the deal for me and I have to say that I absolutely love Ladybug Jane Flavor Lip Balms!
